Mining and Research on Tourism Resources of Hainan Food Culture

本文从饮食文化与旅游业的互相促进作用入手,对海南当前饮食文化的旅游资源挖掘情况进行分析,指出了当前海南饮食文化旅游资源挖掘中存在的问题,并以问题为导向,提出了切合海南实际的饮食文化旅游资源挖掘策略。

Starting from the mutual promotion of catering culture and tourism,this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism resources mining of catering culture in Hainan,and points out the problems existing in the current tourism resources mining of catering culture in Hainan,so as to put forward the tourism resources mining strategy of catering culture that is suitable for the actual situation in Hainan.
