Vitamin B_(12)is an important trace element in the human body,which plays an important role in the metabolic process.Since the structure of vitamin B_(12)itself is complex and its content is low,it is of great practical importance to analyze vitamin B_(12)detection methods.This paper briefly introduces the properties and functions of vitamin B_(12),reviews the commonly used detection methods for vitamin B_(12),and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the kit method and the national standard method for the determination of vitamin B_(12).
