摘要 咖啡师在咖啡上拉花很常见,但知道如何在茶汤上作画的人却不多。韩喆明成功完善了这一技艺。中文里,这种技艺被称作“点茶”曾是宋代的一种仪式。韩喆明一直着迷于宋代的文化和艺术。在过去几年里,他根据古画,用茶粉和勺子在茶汤上创作了近200种图案。他打算将这种古老的点茶仪式与现代人的生活相融合,让更多人欣赏它的魅力。 It's common to see a barista create coffee art,but not many people know how to do the same thing with tea.Han Zheming has managed to perfect the skill,and it is called dian cha in Chinese,which used to be a ritual during the Song Dynasty.Han Zheming has been fascinated by the culture and art of the Song Dynasty.In the last few.years,he has used powdered tea and spoons to create nearly 200 patterns based on ancient paintings on tea.He plans to integrate the ancient tea ceremony with modern life and let more people appreciate its charm.
