奥沙利铂治疗左右半结肠癌患者的疗效比较

Oxaliplatin's Effect Comparison Between in Left-side Colonic Cancer and in Right-side one

目的:研究对比奥沙利铂治疗左右半结肠癌患者的疗效并予以分析。方法:选择2019年1月至2021年1月,本院收治的89例结肠癌患者,按病变部位的差异分为A组(左半结肠癌)44例及B组(右半结肠癌)45例。所有患者均采用含奥沙利铂方案的一线化疗,比较2组临床疗效、血清肿瘤标志物、炎症因子水平、1年生存率及毒副反应等。结果:在疾病控制率方面,A组高于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及糖类抗原199(CA199)水平均低于B组(P<0.05)。A组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平均低于B组(P<0.05)。2组1年生存率及毒副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:含奥沙利铂方案的一线化疗用于左半结肠癌患者的疗效优于右半结肠癌,且能有效降低血清肿瘤标志物及炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate and compare the effect of oxaliplatin in the treatment of left-side colonic cancer and in the treatment of right-side one. Methods Enrolled 89 patients with colonic cancer treated in authors' hospital(2019-01-2021-01),and according to the lesion sites divided them into group A(44 cases, left-side colonic cancer) and group B(45 cases, right-side colonic cancer) who all received first-line chemotherapy of oxaliplatin-included schema;then, compared both groups' clinical effect, the levels of serum tumor markers and inflammatory factors, 1-year survival rate, as well as adverse reactions. Results In the ratio of disease-controlled group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).After treatment in the levels of AFP,CEA,and CA-199,and in the levels of TNF-α,IL-2,and IFN-γ,group A was respectively lower, and lower than group B(all, P<0.05);in 1-year survival rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions there was no statistical difference between group A and group B(P>0.05). Conclusion The first-line chemotherapy of oxaliplatin-included schema in the treatment of left-side colonic cancer has more better effect than that of right-side colonic cancer, and, can effectively reduce the levels of serum tumor markers and inflammatory factors.
