复杂条件工作面旋转开采方案设计及应用

摘要 为解决复杂条件影响下工作面旋转开采问题,以东滩煤矿14320综放工作面为工程背景,基于现场复杂工程条件及设备条件,综合考虑旋转开采方式、进刀方式、支架及运输机控制等方面,设计制定了合理的大角度定点旋转开采方案,并成功应用于现场,有效地保障了工作面正常回采,提高了煤炭资源回收率。 In order to solve the problem of rotating mining of the working face under the influence of complex conditions,taking the 14320 comprehensive discharge face of Dongtan Coal Mine as the engineering background,based on the complex engineering conditions and equipment conditions of the site,comprehensively considering the rotary mining mode,the feeding mode,the bracket and the control of the transporter,a reasonable large-angle fixed-point rotary mining scheme was designed and formulated,and it was successfully applied to the site,which effectively guaranteed the normal mining of the working face and improved the recovery rate of coal resources.
