This paper comprehensively introduces the application of trackless rubber tyred vehicle system in Shaanxi Inner Mongolia mining area from the layout of trackless rubber tyred vehicle transportation system,vehicle selection,safety management and application cases,and summarizes the characteristics of trackless rubber tyred vehicle transportation system in Shaanxi Inner Mongolia mining area,autonomous transportation of mining teams,and wide application of special vehicles.Special vehicles such as lift truck,concrete tank truck,pipe grabber and heavy forklift are mainly introduced.The intelligent system of UWB precise positioning+5G wireless communication technology,inclined lane anti running car device and intelligent personnel identification and early warning system are adopted.The development direction of rubber tyred vehicle in the next step is pointed out.In the future,rubber tyred vehicle will develop rapidly towards unmanned,intelligent and multi-functional special vehicles.
