亭南煤矿矿井低位泄水技术研究与应用

摘要 亭南煤矿矿井涌水量接近3000 m3/h,2408工作面为大水工作面,工作面正常涌水量600 m^(3)/h。因受向斜影响,2408工作面呈中部低两端高的形态。工作面俯采段采空区涌水中煤泥含量高,难以进行煤水分离及煤泥高效清理;同时,工作面回采后在向斜轴部形成采空区积水,威胁相邻2410工作面的安全掘进。为解决上述问题,提出采用在采区底板布置集中泄水巷、集中排水系统的低位泄水技术治理工作面涌水。通过实施低位泄水技术控制了俯采工作面煤泥水量,实现了仰采段面后排清水,面前无涌水,解决了工作面煤泥水严重影响安全生产的难题;消除了2410工作面回风巷掘进时的采空区积水威胁,极大减轻了地面污水处理压力。 The water inflow of Tingnan Coal mine is close to 3000 m3/h.2408 working face belongs to the flood working face,and the normal water inflow is expected to be 600 m^(3)/h.Due to the influence of syncline,2408 working surface is low in the middle and high at both ends.It is difficult to separate coal slime from water and clean coal slime efficiently because of the high content of coal slime in gob gushing water in overhead mining face.At the same time,after mining,goaf water will be formed in the syncline axis of the working face,threatening the excavation operation of 2410 working face.In view of the above problems,the low level drainage technology of centralized drainage lane and centralized drainage system is put forward to control the water inrush of working face.In order to solve the above problems,the low level drainage technology of centralized drainage lane and centralized drainage system is put forward to control the water inrush of working face.Through the implementation of the low-level drainage technology,the coal slime water quantity of the overhead mining face is controlled,and the clean water behind the overhead mining face is realized without water gushing in front of the working face,which solves the problem that the coal slime water seriously affects the safety production.At the same time,it eliminates the threat of water accumulation in goaf when 2410 working face return air roadway is driven,greatly reducing the pressure of surface sewage treatment.
