基于煤岩层试件力学试验在冲击倾向性分析应用实践

摘要 板集煤矿5煤煤层平均厚度6.55m,根据煤层厚度,分上、中、下取3组煤样,并制作成标准试件,在岛津AG-X250试验机上实验获取单轴抗压强度、动态破坏时间、加卸载应力-应变曲线、单轴压缩应力-应变曲线,并计算出煤层弹性能量指数、煤层冲击能量指数。顶、底板岩石拉伸试验获取抗拉强度。顶、底板岩石单轴压缩试验获取单轴抗压强度(σc)、弹性模量(E)。根据煤层冲击倾向性分类标准、《冲击地压测定、监测与防治方法》(GB/T 25217-2010)附录A冲击倾向性综合评判结果,判定为板集煤矿5煤层及顶、底板无冲击倾向性。 The average thickness of 5#Coal Seam in Banji Coal Mine is 6.55m.According to the thickness of the coal seam,three groups of coal samples are taken from the top,middle and bottom.and standard test pieces are made.Uniaxial compressive strength,dynamic failure time,loading and unloading stress-strain curves,uniaxial compression stress-strain curves are obtained through experiments on the Shimadzu AG-X250 testing machine,then calculated the elastic energy index and coal seam impact energy index.Obtained The tensile strength of top and bottom rock by tensile test.Obtained uniaxial compressive strength(σc)and elastic modulus(E)from uniaxial compression test of Mine roof and floor rock.According to the classification standard of coal seam bump proneness and the comprehensive evaluation results of the impact propensity in Appendix A of the Methods for Test,Monitoring and Prevention of Rock Burst(GB/T 25217-2010),it's determined that 5#Coal Seam,roof and floor and in Banji Coal Mine has no bump proneness.
