摘要
四台矿通风调节系统原主要是通过对风门调节来满足其需风量,存在耗电、运行效率低问题,将变频调速技术应用在该矿东西风井中,东风井风机保持叶片角度+3°不变,频率从45HZ变频为50HZ,风量从5016.6m^(3)/min增大5601m^(3)/min,效率由69.5%增大为70.7%,效率有所提升;西风井风机叶片角度+3°频率47Hz变频调节为+6°45Hz,风量从6292.8m^(3)/min增加为6986.1m^(3)/min,效率从66.58%增加为74.48%,可满足该矿生产需风量,变频调节东西风井后,风机效率明显有所提升。
The four mine ventilation regulation system is mainly through the air door adjustment to meet the air volume,there is power consumption,low operating efficiency,frequency conversion speed regulation technology is applied in the mine east and west air shaft,dongfeng well,keep the blade Angle+3°unchanged,frequency conversion from 45HZ to 50HZ,air volume increased from 5016.6m^(3)/min 5601m^(3)/min,The efficiency increased from 69.5%to 70.7%.In the west air shaft,the fan blade Angle+3°frequency is adjusted to+6°45Hz by frequency conversion,and the air volume increases from 6292.8m^(3)/min to 6986.1m^(3)/min,and the efficiency increases from 66.58%to 74.48%,which can meet the air volume required by the mine production.After the east and west air shafts are adjusted by frequency conversion,the fan efficiency is significantly improved.
