CO_(2)捕集装置的选材与防腐措施研究

摘要 针对胺法CO_(2)捕集装置的选材与防腐问题,采用现场挂片测试方法结合实验室电化学测试,研究了Q355碳钢、304L不锈钢、聚丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、Chemflake玻璃鳞片涂层和德国CP陶瓷涂层的适用性。研究结果表明,胺法CO_(2)捕集工艺系统中的吸收塔和解吸塔内腐蚀环境苛刻,Q355材质、Chemflake玻璃鳞片涂层、CP陶瓷涂层、聚丙烯及聚偏氟乙烯非金属材料在上述环境中的适用性较差,推荐采用304L不锈钢作为胺法CO_(2)捕集系统中吸收塔和解吸塔的塔体材质。 To select the material and corrosion protection measures for amine CO_(2)capture devices,the suitability of Q355 carbon steel,304L stainless steel,polypropylene,polyvinylidene fluoride,Chemflake glass scale coating,and German CP ceramic coating was investigated by field testing using coupons and laboratory electrochemical test.The results show that the corrosive environment in the absorption and desorption towers of the amine CO_(2)capture system is harsh,and the suitability of Q355,Chemflake glass scale coating,CP ceramic coating,polypropylene and polyvinylidene fluoride non-metallic materials in the above environment is poor.304L stainless steel is recommended as the tower material for the absorption and desorption towers of the amine CO_(2)capture system.
