摘要
石油天然气长输管道通常在穿过公路和铁路部分时都会应用套管对管道进行有效保护,使外界压力不会对石油天然气长输管道造成严重影响。一般都会选择钢筋混凝土管或者钢管作为套管,在主管与套管之间要做好绝缘支撑工作,并对套管进行密封,避免有土或水进入到套管当中。但是这样的方法和结构会对管道的阴极保护造成严重影响。在管道当中有连续性的导电介质,确保主管道和其他金属结构之间实现有效电性隔离,是管道阴极保护的必要条件。主管和套管之间存在孔隙并不满足阴极保护条件,从而无法对管道起到有效保护作用,也导致管道出现腐蚀问题。因此,需要对套管内充填技术进行优化,提高管道的使用寿命。
Long distance oil and gas pipelines usually use casings to effectively protect the pipelines when crossing highways and railways,so that external pressure will not have a serious impact on the oil and gas pipelines.Generally,reinforced concrete pipe or steel pipe will be selected as the casing.Insulation support shall be done between the main pipe and the casing,and the casing shall be sealed to prevent soil or water from entering the casing.However,such methods and structures will have a serious impact on the cathodic protection of pipelines.There is a continuous conductive medium in the pipeline to ensure effective electrical isolation between the main pipeline and other metal structures,which is a necessary condition for pipeline cathodic protection.There are pores between the main pipe and the casing,which do not meet the cathodic protection conditions,so the pipeline can not be effectively protected,which also leads to corrosion problems of the pipeline.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the casing filling technology to improve the service life of the pipeline.
