开式循环冷却水生化处理技术防腐、防垢、防微生物滋生机理试验研究

摘要 循环冷却水生化处理技术摒弃了传统的火电厂循环冷却水化学药剂处理方法,利用经过筛选、培养、驯化的有益微生物菌群和相适应的营养调节剂对敞开式循环冷却水进行微生物化学处理,大幅度提高循环冷却水倍率,实现循环冷却系统的阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌灭藻等目标,保证循环冷却水系统安全、稳定、经济及环保运行。开式循环冷却水生化处理技术已有多个应用场景,但其防腐、防垢、防微生物滋生机理尚未深入研究。为防止循环冷却水系统特别是冷却器腐蚀、结垢及微生物滋生,保证开式循环冷却水系统安全、稳定、经济、环保运行,开展开式循环冷却水生化处理防腐、防垢、防微生物滋生机理研究十分必要。 Cyclic cooling water biochemical treatment technology abandoned the traditional thermal power plant circulating cooling water chemical treatment method,using screening,culture,domestication of beneficial microbial flora and suitable nutrient regulator for open circulating cooling water microbial chemical treatment,greatly improve the circulating cooling water ratio,realize the circulating cooling system scale resistance,corrosion,sterilization and algae,ensure the circulating cooling water system safety,stability,economic and environmental protection operation.The biochemical treatment technology of open circulating cooling water has many application scenarios, but its anti-corrosion, scale preventionand microbial breeding mechanism has not been deeply studied. In order to prevent the corrosion,scaling and breeding of the circulating cooling water system, especially the cooler, and the breeding ofmicroorganisms, and to ensure the safety, stability, economic and environmental protection operation ofthe open circulating cooling water system, it is necessary to study the mechanism of anticorrosion, scaleand microbial breeding in the biochemical treatment of the open circulating cooling water.
