波导增强拉曼光谱技术在食用油检测中的应用

摘要 依托本科生科研课堂实验课程研究成果,报告了一种基于波导增强的拉曼探头的食用油检测实验方案。在科研课堂教学研讨过程中,首先对拉曼信号的产生和波导增强的理论模型进行了深入的仿真和分析,然后结合食用油智能分类的具体应用场景,引入了PCA-UVE-ELM算法,实现了对不同拉曼信号的增强和分类,且该算法具有良好的可扩展性。本实验课程还对实验方法、实验步骤进行了改进设计,旨在提高学生的科研兴趣,培养他们的创新思维和钻研精神。 Relying on the research results of the undergraduate scientific research classroom experiment course,an edible oil detection experiment scheme based on waveguide-enhanced Raman probe is reported.In the process of scientific research classroom teaching and discussion,the theoretical model of Raman signal generation and waveguide enhancement was firstly simulated and analyzed in depth.Then combined with the specific application scenario of edible oil intelligent classification,the PCA-UVE-ELM algorithm was introduced to realize the enhancement and classification of different Raman signals,and the algorithm has good scalability.This experimental course also improves the design of experimental methods and experimental procedures,aiming at increasing students’interest in scientific research and cultivating their innovative thinking and research spirit.
