从项目化到制度化:职业院校教师培训的实践反思与路径优化 被引量:3

摘要 职业院校没有高质量的教师队伍,就没有高质量的职业教育。针对职业院校教师项目化培训存在的碎片化与随机性有余、针对性不强、系统性不足等问题,亟待实现从项目化到制度化的培训转向,并在制度供给、发展平台、培训网络、课程资源、专家资源、实践载体、协同机制等方面进行职业院校教师培训的实践优化。 Without a high-quality vocational college teacher team,there is no high-quality vocational education.Project-based training for vocational college teachers has problems of fragmentation and randomness,insufficient pertinence and systematization.It is urgent to realize the training shift from project-based to institutionalized way.In addition,it is important to carry out practical optimization of vocational college teacher training in terms of institutional supply,development platform,training network,curriculum resources,expert resources,practice carriers,and collaborative mechanisms.
