新时代党的历史观是把辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义基本原理与中国具体实际、中华优秀传统文化相结合的理论成果。它以当前中国和世界所面临的重大时代课题为生成背景,以历史本体论、历史认识论和历史方法论三重意蕴为问题域界,科学回应了以什么样的理论对待和审视历史、以什么样的观点去理解和把握历史、以什么样的方法研究和评价历史三重历史之问,实现了实践的历史、主客体统一的历史、运思的历史三个层面的系统集成。中国共产党在尊重崇尚历史、记录探寻历史、运用反思历史中形成的正确历史观,具有鲜明的时代性、立论的科学性、内涵的丰富性、思想的深刻性、深厚的民族性,有助于民众在洞察历史进程与规律中增进历史自觉,在研判历史方位与方向中增进历史自信,在把握历史创造与预见中掌握历史主动,在廓清历史虚无主义迷障中保持历史定力,为实现全面建成社会主义现代化强国的奋斗目标厚植历史文化基因。

The Communist Party of China(CPC) 's view of history in the new era is a theoretical achievement combining the basic principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism with the specific reality of China and the excellent Chinese traditional culture.It takes the major contemporary issues facing China and the world as the background,and the triple implications of historical ontology,epistemology and methodology as the problem domain.It scientifically responds to the triple questions:the theory used to treat and examine history;the viewpoint taken to understand and grasp history,and the method employed to study and evaluate history.Thus,it has realized the system integration of three levels:the history of practice,the history of the unity of subject and object,and the history of operational thinking.The correct view of history formed by the CPC in respecting and advocating history,recording and exploring history,and applying and reflecting on history is distinctively contemporary,scientific in arguments,rich in connotation,profound in thought,and profound in nationality,which helps strengthen historical consciousness in gaining insight into historical processes and laws,enhance historical self-confidence in judging historical orientation and direction,grasp historical creativity and foresight,and master historical initiatives in clarifying historical falsehoods.The main initiative in clearing historical nihilism is to maintain historical stability and achieve the goal of building a strong socialist modernization to implant historical and cultural genes.
