高校精英人才体育赛事参与获得感——基于结构方程模型的实证分析

摘要 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对高校精英人才体育赛事参与获得感进行研究,为打造适切性高校精英人才体育赛事活动、提升精英人才的身体健康水平提供理论和实际依据.结果表明:高校精英人才体育赛事参与获得感评价模型由心理因素获得、运动认知获得、荣誉情感获得、生理因素获得等4个维度和11个观察变量构成.各维度中的观察变量对体育赛事参与获得感均有显著的正向影响,运动认知获得、生理因素获得维度对心理因素获得有显著性的正向影响,荣誉情感获得维度对心理因素获得的正向影响不显著.研究提出关注高校精英人才身心健康、推动教师体育社团建设、开展工间操活动、拨付专项经费、设立相关优待机制等促进高校精英人才健康的建议. Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the sense of participation in sports events for elite talents in colleges,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for creating appropriate sports events for elite talents and improving their physical health level.The results showed that the evaluation model of college elite talents’sense of gain from participating in sports events can be composed of four dimensions,including psychological gain,sports cognition gain,honor emotion gain,physiological gain and 11 observation variables.Sport cognitive gain,physiological gain and psychological gain had significant positive effects,but honor emotional gain had no significant positive effects on psychological gain.The observed variables in each dimension had significant positive effects on perceived gain from participation in sport events.At the same time,some suggestions were put forward to the cultural dissemination of teachers’sports associations,to carry out inter work exercises,to establish relevant preferential treatment mechanism.
