“一带一路”背景下民族地区高职教育国际化发展研究 被引量:2

摘要 “一带一路”倡议提出十年来,随着国际互联互通水平不断提高,合作项目越来越多,企业国际化发展对本地复合型人才需求急剧增加。民族地区高职教育国际化发展以高质量发展为抓手,具有内生性、外生性和共生性等特性。目前,民族地区高职院校国际化发展存在国际化顶层设计亟待完善、组织和制度保障不到位、国际化师资队伍不足、国际化经费保障不足等现实问题。民族地区高职教育国际化发展需要树立科学的国际化发展理念、完善高职教育国际化的顶层设计、加大国际化师资队伍的培养力度、构建科学有效的经费投入机制、多渠道提升高职教育国际影响力等,实现多路径高质量发展。 Ten years after the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed,with the increasing level of international interconnection and more cooperation projects,the demand for local compound talents from enterprises internationalization development has increased shapely.Higher vocational education in ethnic minority areas is endogenous,exogenous and symbiotic in nature,with high-quality development as its grip.At present,the internationalization development of higher vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas has practical problems such as the top-level design of internationalization needs to be improved,organization and system guarantees are not in place,internationalization faculty is insufficient,and internationalization funds are not guaranteed.The internationalization development of higher vocational education in ethnic minority areas needs to establish a scientific internationalization development concept,improve the top-level design of internationalization of higher vocational education,increase the training of internationalized teachers,build scientific and effective funding mechanism,and enhance the international influence of higher vocational education through multiple channels,so as to realize multi-path and high-quality development.
