心脏康复运动结合健康指导在高血压性心脏病心力衰竭患者中的应用分析

Application of cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with health guidance in patients with hypertensive heart failure

目的分析心脏康复运动结合健康指导对高血压性心脏病心衰患者的效果。方法抽取本院2019年2月至2021年2月收治的90例高血压性心脏病心衰患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45),分别采用健康指导、心脏康复运动+健康指导,比较两组健康行为、心功能指标、日常生活活动能力。结果干预前、干预后,两组各健康行为评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预前,两组心功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组6 min步行试验(6MWT)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左心房内径(LAD)、左心室舒张期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组日常生活活动能力各评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组上述评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复运动结合健康指导可改善高血压性心脏病心衰患者的健康行为与日常生活能力,促使其心功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the efeet of cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with health guidance n patients with bhypertensive heart failure.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertensive heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were enolled and divided into control group and observation group using a random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given healh guidancealone,and those in the observation group were given candiac rehabilitation exercise combined with healh guidance.The two groups were compared in tems of health behavior,cardiac function parameters,and activies of daily living.Results Therne was no significant difference in health behavior score between the two groups before and ufter intervention(P>0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant diferences in cardiac function parameters between the two groups(P>0.05),and after intervention,compared with the control group,the obserwation group had asignificantly longendistance in six-mimute walk test(P<0.05),a signifcantly higher left ventricular ejetion fraction(P<0.05),and signifcanly smllelfatial diameter,left ventricular end-diastolie diameter,and left ventricular end--ystolie diameter(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant diferencee in the soores of Activities of Daily Living between the two groups(P>0.05),and afer intervention,the observation group had sigificantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation exercise combined with health guidance can improve the healh behavior and activities of daily living of patients with bhypertensive heart failure and promote the recovery of cardiac function.
