摘要
42名福利院重度智力障碍儿童被随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行每周5天,每天1次,每次60 min的适应性身体活动教学训练,对照组则保持日常身体活动参与,实验持续1年,分别在实验前、6个月和12个月后对儿童的久坐时间、中高强度身体活动时间和社会适应能力得分进行测试。结果:实验组儿童的久坐时间在6个月和12个月后显著减少(P<0.001)、中高强度身体活动时间显著增加(P<0.001);社会适应能力的独立功能、认知功能、社会自制功能得分及总得分均显著增加(P<0.001),但对照组并无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:适应性身体活动能够改善福利院重度智力障碍儿童的身体活动水平,并提升儿童的社会适应能力。
42 children with severe intellectual disabilities were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received 60 minutes of adapted physical activity teaching and training once a day,5 days a week,and the control group maintained daily physical activity participation.The experiment lasted for one year.The children’s sedentary time,moderate to vigorous physical activity time and scores of social adaptability were tested.Results:The sedentary time of children in the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.001)and the time of middle and high intensity physical activity increased significantly(P<0.001)after 6 and 12 months,the scores of independent function,cognitive function,social self-control function and total scores of social adaptability increased significantly(P<0.001),but there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adapted physical activity can improve the physical activity level and social adaptability of children with severe intellectual disabilities.
