构建馆员能力提升的常态化模式新探——以山东大学图书馆为例

A New Exploration on the Construction of Normalized Model for Improving Librarians Ability—Taking Shandong University Library as an Example

高校图书馆馆员能力的持续提升是图书馆高质量发展的基础,如何常态化提升馆员能力是图书馆研究的重点课题。2019年以来,山东大学图书馆依托学校实施的“教职工能力提升计划”,制定并实施馆员能力提升计划1.0和2.0,建立了“5+N”馆员能力标准体系模型,即基本能力、专业能力、学术能力、管理能力和协同创新能力五个维度,以及每个方向下的N种指向,总结了能力提升实践经验,并对进一步完善能力标准体系,建设开放共享的能力提升数字赋能平台提出了展望。

The continuous improvement of the ability of university librarians is the basis of the high-quality development of libraries,and how to improve the ability of librarians is one of the key topics of librarianship.Since 2019,Shandong University Library has formulated and implemented the Librarian Competence Promotion Plan 1.0 and 2.0,relying on the Faculty Competence Promotion Plan implemented by Shandong University,and established the“5+N”Librarian Competence Standard System Model,namely,basic competence,professional competence,academic competence,management competence and collaborative innovation competence.This paper summarizes the practical experience of capability improvement and puts forward the prospect of further improving the capability standard system and building an open and shared digital enabling platform.
