摘要
为探究霸王种子萌发特性,为种群更新及环境适应机理提供理论指导。以霸王种子作为试验材料,光照设强光、弱光、无光3个处理,温度设15、20、25、30、35℃共5个处理。结果表明:霸王种子的萌发不需要光照;温度则影响显著,适宜温度为15~35℃,最适温度为15~20℃,其中20℃吸胀当日萌发,15℃吸胀次日萌发,35℃吸胀第3日萌发;15℃延长萌发终期至吸胀第8日,≥20℃萌发终期为吸胀第6日。
To explore the germination characteristics of Zygophylllum xanthoxylum,and provide theoretical guidance for population regeneration and environmental adaptation mechanism.Using Z.xanthoxylum seeds as experimental materials,there were three light treatments:strong light,weak light and dark,temperature were 15,20,25,30 and 35℃.The results showed that:Light wasn't requirable for the germination of Z.xanthoxylum seeds,but the temperature had a significant effect on the germination rate.The suitable temperature for germination is 15~35℃,with the optimal temperature is 15~20℃,seeds germinate on the same day after imbibitional at 20℃,germinate on the next day at 15℃,and germinate on the third day at 35℃;15℃extended the final stage of germination to the 8th day of imbibition,≥20℃extended the final stage of germination to the 6th day of imbibition.
