摘要
中华松针蚧严重危害迭部林区油松林,威胁森林生态系统稳定。选用苦参碱烟剂、广敌烟剂、速扑杀乳剂、苦参碱水剂和有机硅喷雾助剂,在迭部林区油松林、苗圃地开展中华松针蚧1、2龄若虫除治试验。结果表明:1)苦参碱烟剂、广敌烟剂除治效果基本相同,用量30 kg/hm^(2)除治初孵若虫效果最好,林地和苗圃虫口减退率分别超过85%、70%;2)苦参碱、速扑杀、速扑杀+苦参碱1 000倍液喷雾除治初孵若虫效果良好,林地和苗圃虫口减退率均超过90%;3)添加有机硅喷雾助剂,能提升喷雾除治2龄若虫的效果,速扑杀+有机硅喷雾助剂1 000倍液除治效果最佳,林地和苗圃虫口减退率均超过90%。上述措施可推广应用于迭部林区及周边地区除治中华松针蚧,林地宜采用烟剂除治措施,苗圃宜交替使用速扑杀、苦参碱喷雾除治措施。
The Matsucoccus sinensis has seriously damaged the Pinus tabuliformis forests and threatened the stability of the forest ecosystem in Diebu County.The Matrine Smoke,Guangdi Smoke,Supracide,Matrine aqueous solution and Spray additive were used to control the 1st and 2nd instar nymphs of P.tabulaeformis forests and nurseries in Diebu County.The results:1)the control effects of Matrine Smoke and Guangdi Smoke were basically the same,30 kg/hm^(2) was the best to control newly hatched nymphs,and the reduction rates of insect population in woodland and nursery were more than 85%and 70%;2)A 1000 fold solution of Matrine aqueous solution,Supracide,Sophora+Matrine spraysrespectively have a good effect to kill newly hatched nymphs,and the reduction rate of insect population in woodland and nursery is more than 90%;3)The addition of Spray additive could improve the efficacy of spraying against 2nd instar nymphs,and Supracide+Spray additive had the best efficacy,the reduction rate of insect population in woodland and nursery was more than 90%.The above measures can be applied to the control of M.sinensis in Diebu County and its surrounding areas.The control measures of Smoke agent should be used in forest land,and the control measures of Supracide and Matrine aqueous solution spraying should be used alternately in nursery.
