Analysis of Drug Therapy and Pharmaceutical Care of A Child with Hepatolenticular Degeneration Complicated with Liver Injury

目的分析总结1例儿童肝豆状核变性(WD)并发肝损害的药物治疗,为WD患儿的药学服务提供借鉴。方法通过梳理患儿疾病治疗过程,基于文献调研分析药物治疗方案,寻找临床药学服务切入点,进行药学监护、用药指导和健康教育。结果患儿在临床药师参与的多学科照护下,肝功能逐渐恢复正常,最后病情好转出院。结论临床药师应积极参与罕见病儿童患者治疗,提供高质量临床药学服务。

Objective To summarize and analyze the hospitalization of a pediatric Wilson's disease(WD)patient with liver function injury,and to provide reference for pharmaceutical care.Methods By combing the treatment process of the child's diseases,the process of treatment and medication regimen were analyzed based on literature research.By finding the entry point of clinical pharmaceutical service,the pharmaceutical care,medication guidance and health education were conducted.Results Under multidisciplinary care with the participation of clinical pharmacists,the child's liver function gradually returned to normal,and finally his condition improved,and was discharged from the hospital.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should actively participate in treating children with rare diseases and provide high-quality clinical pharmaceutical services.
