基于CiteSpace我国医疗纠纷研究的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Medical Dispute Research in China Based on CiteSpace

目的整理分析近30年来我国医疗纠纷领域的发文趋势、发文作者、研究热点和研究前沿,为以后医疗纠纷的研究提供建议。方法在中国知网数据库中,以“医疗纠纷”为检索词搜索CSSCI和核心期刊,并运用CiteSpace可视化软件进行文献计量分析。结果共纳入329种杂志,合计2098篇文献,2008年发文量达到顶峰171篇,发文量和政策出台密切相关,呈抛物线型;发文量前10的期刊,占发文总量的51.00%,多为国家级高水平学术期刊;核心研究作者群体间的合作较少;发文研究机构主要集中于高校及其附属院校或我国经济发达的省市,地域之间分布不平横;研究热点围绕着医疗纠纷的原因分析、影响因素、预防方式、处理途径。公立医院绩效考核既是研究热点也是研究前沿。结论当前我国医疗纠纷领域尚存短板,建议加强研究机构间的协同合作,增强影响力,突破政策性研究,进行创新性研究,解决医疗纠纷难题。

Objective To analyze the trend,authors,research hotspots and research frontiers of medical disputes in China in the past 30 years,and to provide suggestions for future research on medical disputes.Methods In the CNKI database,CSSCI and core journals were searched with"medical disputes"as the search term,and CiteSpace visualization software was used for bibliometric analysis.Results A total of 329 journals were included,with 2098 articles.In 2008,the number of articles published reach the peak of 171.The top ten journals in the number of published articles,accounting for 51.00% of the total number of published articles,were mostly national high-level academic journals.There was less cooperation among core research authors.Research institutions were mainly concentrated in colleges and universities and their affiliated institutions or in economically developed provinces and cities in China,with uneven geographical distribution.The research hotspots revolve around the cause analysis,influencing factors,prevention methods and treatment approaches of medical disputes.Performance appraisal of public hospitals was not only a research hotspot but also a research frontier.Conclusion At present,there are still some shortcomings in the field of medical disputes in China,we should strengthen the cooperation among research institutions,enhance the influence,break through policy research,carry out innovative research,and solve the social problem of medical disputes.
