妊娠期糖尿病中相关长链非编码RNAs的研究

Study on Long Non-coding RNAs in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期较常见的一种疾病,可致孕妇流产、早产以及娩出巨大儿、畸形儿等风险增加,并增加母亲及后代远期代谢性疾病的患病风险,所以早期诊疗具有重要意义。长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)是长度超过200个核苷酸的一类非编码RNAs,它不直接编码蛋白质,但在基因的转录和表达等生物学过程中发挥重要作用。目前的一些研究表明,lncRNAs可通过调节胎盘滋养细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭等活动参与妊娠期糖尿病的发病。lncRNAs为妊娠期糖尿病的发病机制提供了新见解,其有望成为妊娠期糖尿病潜在的发病生物标志物及治疗靶点。本文就妊娠期糖尿病相关的lncRNAs的研究进展作一综述,以期对疾病进行更好的预防和诊疗。

Gestational diabetes mellitus is a common disease in pregnancy,which can increase the risk of abortion,premature delivery,giant infant and oaf childbirth,and increase the risk of long-term metabolic diseases of mothers and offspring,so early diagnosis and treatment is of great significance.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are a class of non-coding RNAs with a length of more than 200 nucleotides.They do not directly encode proteins,but play an important role in biological processes such as gene transcription and expression.Some current studies have shown that lncRNAs can participate in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes by regulating the proliferation,migration and invasion of placental trophoblast cells.LncRNAs provide new insights into the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus,which are expected to become potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for gestational diabetes mellitus.This article reviews the research progress of lncRNAs related to gestational diabetes in order to better prevent and treat the disease.
