骨质疏松症(OP)是一种长期性疾病,其致病因素多样。随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,OP患病率正在逐年增加。外泌体(Exos)是一种由细胞分泌的小囊泡,包含核酸、蛋白质、脂质等物质。Exos通过其细胞间通讯及物质交换功能,在OP的发生发展中发挥重要作用,同时在OP的诊断和治疗方面也有独特优势。中药(CHM)历史悠久,在防治OP方面具有显著的效果,其机制可能与调控OP相关Exos有关。本文主要阐述Exos对OP的调控机制以及CHM干预Exos防治OP的作用,旨在为OP的治疗提供新的方向。

Osteoporosis(OP)is a long-term chronic disease with a variety of causative factors,and the prevalence of OP is increasing every year with the aging of the population.Exosomes(Exos)are small vesicles secreted by cells that contain nucleic acids,proteins,lipids and other substances.Exos not only play an important role in the development of OP through intercellular communication and substance exchange functions,but also can be used for the diagnosis and treatment of OP.Chinese herbal medicines(CHM)have a long history of significant effects in the prevention and treatment of OP,and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of OP-related Exos.This paper focuses on the regulatory mechanism of Exos on OP and the role of CHM interventions on Exos to prevent and treat OP,aiming to provide a new research direction for the treatment of OP.
