摘要
目的研究化学发光免疫法用于诊断甲状腺肿瘤的价值。方法选取41例甲状腺肿瘤患者作为肿瘤组,另选取同时期进行体检的41例健康人员作为健康组。两组均使用化学发光免疫法和放射免疫法检测。对比两种检测方法的甲状腺球蛋白水平、诊断效能,两组的尿细胞角质蛋白19(CK19)水平。结果化学发光免疫法检测的肿瘤组和健康组甲状腺球蛋白浓度水平分别为(65.57±22.42)、(42.13±3.93)ng/ml,均高于放射免疫法的(46.86±24.53)、(17.22±0.97)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学发光免疫法的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为97.56%(40/41)、100.00%(41/41)、98.78%(81/82),高于放射免疫法的78.45%(32/41)、85.37%(35/41)、81.71%(67/82),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经化学发光免疫法检测,肿瘤组尿CK19水平(4.12±0.31)ng/ml高于健康组的(1.10±0.11)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫法用于诊断甲状腺肿瘤的效果理想。
Objective To study the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.Methods 41 patients with thyroid tumors were selected as the tumor group,and another 41 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group,and both were tested using chemiluminescence immunoassay and radioimmunoassay.The thyroglobulin levels,diagnostic efficacy of the two assays,and urinary cytokeratin 19(CK19)levels of the two groups were compared.Results The thyroglobulin in tumor group and healthy group detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay were(65.57±22.42)and(42.13±3.93)ng/ml,which were higher than those of(46.86±24.53)and(17.22±0.97)ng/ml detected by radioimmunoassay,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of chemiluminescence immunoassay were 97.56%(40/41),100.00%(41/41)and 98.78%(81/82),which were higher than those of 78.45%(32/41),85.37%(35/41)and 81.71%(67/82)of radioimmunoassay,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Chemiluminescence immunoassay showed that the urinary CK19 level in the tumor group was(4.12±0.31)ng/ml,which was higher than that of(1.10±0.11)ng/ml in the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay is ideal for the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.
