芩连红曲汤辅治2型糖尿病并高脂血症临床观察

Clinical observation on the Qinlian Hongqu decoction in the adjuvant treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia

目的:观察芩连红曲汤辅治2型糖尿病并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者分为对照组、治疗组各40例。两组均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础治疗上予芩连红曲汤。在治疗前后分别检测患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、门冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转移酶、血清肌酐、肌酸激酶、血常规、尿常规、大便常规。在连续治疗8周后,对患者治疗前后的血脂、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白进行对比研究。结果:对照组总有效率低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均明显降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白明显升高(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后门冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转移酶、血清肌酐、肌酸激酶、血常规、尿常规、大便常规等指标的检查结果均未见明显异常。结论:西医基础治疗联合芩连红曲汤,能有效改善2型糖尿病并高脂血症血脂、血糖水平,临床安全性好,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Qinlian Hongqu decoction(芩连红曲汤)in the adjuvant treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.Methods:The included cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated by conventional Western medicine.The treatment group was treated with the Qinlian Hongqu decoction more.Total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine transferase,serum creatinine,creatine kinase,blood routine,urine routine and stool routine indicators were measured before and after treatment.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the blood lipids,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was significantly lower than the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.05),while high-density lipoprotein level was significantly higher(P<0.05).There were no obvious abnormality in the results of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine transferase,serum creatinine,creatine kinase,blood routine test,urine routine test,and stool routine test in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:The Qinlian Hongqu decoction plus Western medicine can effectively ameliorate blood lipid and blood glucose level of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia patients,with good clinical safety and definite curative effects.
