当归四逆汤联合中医定向透药治疗痛经的临床疗效分析

Clinical effects of the Danggui Sini decoction plus TCM medicine directional penetration on dysmenorrhea

目的:本次研究对痛经患者的治疗中应用当归四逆汤与中医定向透药联合治疗,探究联合治疗对患者疼痛情况以及血清前列腺素F1α(Prostaglandin F1α,PGF1α)、血栓素水平B2(Thromboxane,TXB2)的影响,以期对临床治疗痛经患者有一定的参考价值。方法:选取江阴市中医肝胆医院2020年4月―2021年7月治疗的60例痛经患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组患者采取当归四逆汤治疗,观察组患者采取当归四逆汤联合中医定向透药治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后疼痛情况以及PGF1α、TXB2水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者VAS评分均有所降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清PGF1α及TXB2水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者血清PGF1α及TXB2水平均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于单一治疗,将当归四逆汤与中医定向透药联合治疗痛经患者能够起到较好的治疗效果,更好地缓解患者的疼痛情况,并降低患者的PGF1α以及TXB2水平,具有较高的应用推广价值。

Objective:In the treatment of dysmenorrhea patients,the Danggui Sini decoction(当归四逆汤)plus TCM medicine directional penetration was used in this study to explore the effects of combined treatment on patients’pain and serum prostaglandin F1α(PGF1α)and thromboxane level B2(TXB2),with a view to providing certain reference value for clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea patients.Methods:A total of 60 dysmenorrhea patients,who were treated in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,Jiangyin TCM Hepatobiliary Hospital from April 2020 to July 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with the Danggui Sini decoction,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the Danggui Sini decoction plus TCM medicine directional penetration.The pain and the levels of PGF1αand TXB2 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 3 months.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment for 3 months,the VAS scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of serum PGF1αand TXB2 were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05),but after 3 months’treatment,the levels of serum PGF1αand TXB2 were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single treatment,the combination of the Danggui Sini decoction plus TCM medicine directional penetration can achieve a better therapeutic effect on dysmenorrhea patients,it can relieve patients’pain better,and reduce the levels of PGF1αand TXB2,it has high value of application and popularization.
