This paper briefly analyzes and summarizes the application of TCM appropriate techniques in the community and probes into the service mode of TCM appropriate techniques in the community.In terms of disease prevention,it mainly uses TCM health preservation theory,and at the same time adds the service of family doctors.In terms of disease treatment,it focuses on the holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and adopts the combination of various appropriate techniques.In terms of disease rehabilitation and health care,it establishes the service mode of medical care team to ensure the diagnosis and treatment effect and medical experience of residents.The demand trend of the elderly,young people,children and other different groups for TCM appropriate techniques is analyzed.The elderly group has more deficiency and more blood stasis,the treatment techniques pay attention to regulating Qi(气)and blood,strengthening spleen and stomach.The young and middle-aged people have more phlegm and stagnation,in the treatment,we should pay attention to relieving depression and eliminating phlegm,and pay attention to select the treatment means with less pain and quick effect,so as to achieve the fastest normal working state.Among children,the heart and liver are often in surplus,and the lungs,spleen and kidney are often insufficient,and timely treatment is the only way to invigorate the spleen and enhance the wisdom.Combined with the clinical cases of facial paralysis,which are based on the etiology,syndrome and meridians,TCM appropriate techniques such as TCM medicine,fire needle,filiform needle,warm acupuncture and water needle are selected for treatment,and are combined in application.Different appropriate techniques and different acupuncture techniques are used in different periods,and acupuncture points are selected first,then adjusted step by step.Through the sharing of cases,it is necessary to organically combine TCM appropriate techniques,fully apply it to community clinic to provide more ideas.Through discussion,TCM appropriate techniques are widely used in community diagnosis and treatment,and it does have curative effect advantages.TCM appropriate techniques have good curative effects and broad application prospect in the community,and it is worth promoting.
