加速康复外科理念指导下的循证护理对阴式子宫切除术患者术后恢复的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing under the guidance of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy

目的:探讨加速康复外科理念指导下的循证护理对阴式子宫切除术患者术后恢复的影响效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2018年6月至2022年12月行阴式子宫切除术的62例患者临床资料,依据实施的护理模式平均分为两组各31例。对照组实施传统围手术期护理,观察组实施加速康复外科理念指导下的循证护理。在手术结束时统计手术时长与术中出血量,出院前统计住院时长以及并发症总发生率,护理前后收集身心应激指标(焦虑评分、抑郁评分、平均动脉压、心率),对比以上指标差异。结果:两组的手术时长、术中出血量相近,但观察组的住院时长短于对照组(P<0.05),护理后的身心应激指标以及并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复外科理念指导下的循证护理有助于缩短阴式子宫切除术患者住院时长、减轻身心应激反应、降低并发症总发生率,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing guided by the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 62 patients who underwent vaginal hysterectomy in our hospital from From June 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the nursing mode implemented,they were divided into two groups with 31 patients in each group.The control group received traditional perioperative nursing,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing guided by the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.At the end of the operation,the length of operation and the amount of intraoperative bleeding were counted,the length of hospitalization and the total incidence of complications were counted before discharge,and the physical and psychological stress indicators(anxiety score,depression score,mean arterial pressure,heart rate)were collected before and after nursing,and the differences between the above indicators were compared.Results:The operation duration and intraoperative bleeding of the two groups were similar,but the hospitalization length of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the physical and mental stress index and the total incidence of complications were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing under the guidance of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery is helpful to shorten the length of hospital stay of patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy,reduce physical and psychological stress reactions,and reduce the total incidence of complications,which is worthy of application.
