医院-社区-家庭联动护理模式对PCI术后患者心功能及遵医行为率的影响分析

Infuence of hospita-conmunit-family linked nursing model on cardiac fiunction and compliance rate of patients after PCI

目的:分析医院-社区-家庭联动护理模式对经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后患者心功能指标(左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数)、运动功能(Fugl-meyer评分)、遵医行为(戒烟戒酒、规律运动、按时用药、合理作息、科学膳食、自我监测)率、再入院率的影响。方法:选取本院CCU2020年1月至2021年6月收治的80例PCI术后患者,以随机数字表法实施分组,每组各40例。对照组实施传统随访护理模式,观察组实施医院-社区-家庭联动护理模式,6个月后对比两组心功能、Fugl-meyer评分、遵医行为率、再入院率差异。结果:观察组的遵医行为率、再入院率以及护理后的心功能指标、Fugl-meyer评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院-社区-家庭联动护理模式的应用可以提升PCI术后患者心功能与运动能力、纠正不遵医行为、降低再入院风险,具有重要的使用价值。

Objective:To analyze the efect of hospital-community-family linked nursing mode on cardiac function indexes(left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction),motor function and motor function after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).(Fugl meyer score),medical compliance behavior(smoking and drinking cessation,regular exercise,regular medication,reasonable work and rest,scientific diet,self-monitoring)rate,readmission rate.Methods:A total of 80 patients after PCI who were admitted to CCU in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was implemented with the traditional follow-up nursing model,and the observation group was implemented with the hospital-community-family linked nursing model.After 6 months,the differences in cardiac function,Fugl meyer score,compliance rate,and readmission rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate,readmission rate,cardiac funct ion index and Fuglmeyer score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the hos pital-community-family linked nursing model can improve the cardiac function and exercise ability of patients after PCI,correct non-compliance behaviors,and reduce the risk of readmission,which has important promotion and use value.
