认知性心理护理在老年抑郁症治疗中的效果分析

Effct analysis of cognitive psychological nursing in the treatment of senile depression

目的:研究认知性心理护理在老年抑郁症治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年6月在本院治疗的老年抑郁症患者82例为研究对象,按照数表法将患者分为两组,组别为对照组与研究组,均为41例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施认知性心理护理,对两组患者护理依从性、抑郁程度、生活质量、护理满意度进行观察与比较。结果:研究组护理依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组体质量、认知障碍、阻滞、睡眠障碍分值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组焦虑/躯体化、日夜变化、绝望感分值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组躯体功能、心理功能、情感功能、角色扮演分值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年抑郁症治疗中应用认知性心理护理的效果更加确切,有助于减轻患者抑郁程度,改善患者生活质量,提高患者护理依从性及护理满意度,具有极高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To study the application value of cognitive psychological nursing in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:82 elderly pat ients with depression treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the number table method,the patients were divided into two groups:control group and study group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received cognitive psychological nursing.The nursing compliance,degree of depression,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:the nursing compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the cont rol group(P<0.05).The scores of weight,cognitive impairment,block and sleep disorder in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety/somatization,day and night change and despair between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,emotional function and role play in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cognitive psychological nursing in the treatment of senile depression is more accurate,which is helpful to reduce the degree of depression,improve the quality of life,improve the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
