围术期循证护理模式对下肢骨折患者深静脉血栓形成及生活质量的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing on the quality of life of patients with deep venous fracture during perioperative period

目的:分析下肢骨折患者实施围术期循证护理模式干预对预防深静脉血栓形成的作用。方法:选择2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的下肢骨折患者90例进行观察分析,根据随机红白小球抽签结果分作观察组(红球,45例)与对照组(白球,45例),对照组围术期采取常规护理,观察组实施围术期循证护理干预,比较护理总有效率,检测各组患者护理前后血液流变学指标变化,统计深静脉血栓等并发症的总发生概率,评估两组患者护理前后生活质量评分差异。结果:观察组下肢骨折患者护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时血液流变学指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生过下肢深静脉血栓等并发症总概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。评估观察组患者护理干预后生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:下肢骨折患者围术期通过实施循证护理干预能够有效提高护理质量,减少患者术后深静脉血栓等并发症的发生,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative evidence based nursing intervention on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in patients with lower limb fract ures.Methods:90 patients with lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were observed and analyzed.According to the random red and white ball lottery results,they were divided into observation group(red ball,45 cases)and control group(white ball,45 cases).The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention during perioperative period.The total effective rate of nursing was compared,and the changes of hemorheological indexes of patients in each group before and after nursing were detected.The total incidence of complications such as deep venous thrombosis was counted.The differences of quality of life scores between the two groups before and after nursing were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the hemorheological indexes in the control group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total probability of complications such as lower ext remity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group after nursing intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementat ion of evidence-based nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with lower limb fractures can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the occurrence of complications such as postoperat ive deep venous thrombosis,improve the quality of life.
