妊娠期宫颈功能不全是产科常见的引发流产及早产的病因,其发病原因较为多样,流产率较高,宫颈环扎治疗已成为重要干预方法以显著改变妊娠结局。本文从宫颈功能不全发病相关因素、保守疗法及手术疗法、围术期护理要点进行综述,为日后能够更好地开展患者的临床治疗和护理提供参考。

Cervical insufficiency during pregnancy is a common cause of abortion and premature delivery in obstetrics,with various causes and a high abortion rate.Cervical cerclage treatment has become an important intervention method to significantly change the outcome of pregnancy.This article reviews the related factors of cervical insufficiency,conservative treatment and surgical treatment,and perioperative nursing points,so as to provide reference for better clinical treatment and nursing of Patients in the future.
