ERAS理念联合人性化手术室护理对乳腺切除患者护理质量的影响

FEffect of ERAS Concept combined with Humanized Operating Room Nursing on Nursing Quality of Patients with Mastectomy

目的:分析加速康复外科(ERAS)理念联合人性化手术室护理对乳腺切除患者护理质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析本院2018年7月至2022年12月收治的64例行乳腺切除术的乳腺癌患者临床资料,依据实施的手术室护理模式分为两组,各32例。对照组实施传统手术室护理,观察组实施ERAS理念联合人性化手术室护理。分别在护理前、护理后(麻醉前)测定其应激指标(平均动脉压、心率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分),术后随访时统计术中并发症总发生率与手术室护理服务总满意率,对比上述指标差异。结果:观察组护理后的应激指标、术中并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),手术室护理服务总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺切除患者手术室护理中ERAS理念联合人性化手术室护理有助于缓解其应激反应、预防术中并发症的发生、提升手术室护理服务满意度,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the efct of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)combined with human-ized operating room nursing on the nursing quality of patients with mastectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 64 breast cancer patients who underwent mastectomy in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2022 were ret rospectively analyzed.According to the operating room nursing mode,they were divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The cont rol group implemented tradit ional operating room nursing,while the observation group implemented ERAS concept combined with humanized operating room nursing.The stress indicators(mean arterial pressure,heart rate,anxiety score,depression score)were measured before and after nursing(before anesthesia),and the total incidence of intraoperative complications and the total satisfaction rate of nursing services in the operating room were calculated during the follow-up,and the differences between the above in dicators were compared.Results:The stress index and total incidence of int raoperative complications in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of operating room nursing services was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ERAS concept and humanized nursing in the operating room of patients with mastectomy can help alleviate their stress reaction,prevent the occurrence of intraoperative complications,and improve the satisfaction of nursing service in the operating room,which is worthy of application.
