松桃苗药肠炎方联合美沙拉嗪对大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者中医症状及肠镜下黏膜评分的影响

Effect of Songtao Seedling Medicine Enteritis Prescription Combined with Mesalazine on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms and Mucosal Score under Colonoscopy in Patients with Large Intestine Damp Heat Ulcerative Colitis

目的探究松桃苗药肠炎方联合美沙拉嗪对大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者中医症状及肠镜下黏膜评分的影响。方法选择2021年3月—2022年3月黔西南州中医院收治的60例UC患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,观察组在对照组基础上加服松桃苗药肠炎方。比较两组中医症状积分、肠镜下黏膜评分及安全性。结果观察组治疗后主症中腹泻黏液脓血便(0.85±0.12)分,肛门灼热(0.86±0.11)分,腹痛或里急后重(0.63±0.09)分,舌苔黄厚或腻(0.85±0.13)分,及次症中口干口苦(0.69±0.09)分,身热(0.75±0.12)分,小便短赤(0.77±0.13)分,脉滑数或濡数(0.62±0.07)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.585、25.436、26.128、16.633、24.764、25.092、22.522、30.094,P<0.05),观察组肠镜下黏膜评分(0.83±0.10)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=24.610,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论松桃苗药肠炎方联合美沙拉嗪治疗大肠湿热型UC效果确切,可有效减轻中医症状,加快肠黏膜愈合,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the effects of Songtao seedling medicine enteritis prescription combined with mesalazine on TCM symptoms and mucosal score under colonoscopy in patients with damp heat ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 60 patients with UC admitted to Qianxinan Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of TCM from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was given Songtao seedling medicine enteritis prescription based on the control group.TCM symptom score,mucosal score and safety were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the main symptoms after treatment included diarrhea,mucous,pus and blood stools(0.85±0.12)points,anal burning(0.86±0.11)points,abdominal pain or posterior tensitis(0.63±0.09)points,yellow or greasy tongue coating(0.85±0.13)points,dry mouth and bitter mouth(0.69±0.09)points,body heat(0.75±0.12)points,short red urine(0.77±0.13)points,pulse slip or osmosis(0.62±0.07)points,were all lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=26.585,25.436,26.128,16.633,24.764,25.092,22.522,30.094,P<0.05).The mucosal score in the observation group(0.83±0.10)points was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=24.610,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Songtao seedling medicine enteritis prescription combined with mesalazine has a definite effect in the treatment of large intestine damp heat type UC,which can effectively reduce the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,accelerate the healing of intestinal mucosa,and has high safety.
