摘要
目的分析尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C联合检验在早期肾功能损害诊断中的准确性。方法选取2019年10月—2021年11月太仓市中医医院收治的45例早期肾功能损害患者为观察组,另选取同期于本院进行体检的45名健康者为对照组。对上述研究人员均进行尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C联合检验,分析两组的尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C水平,并分析单一检测和联合检测的差异。结果观察组患者的尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C水平分别为(1.85±0.94)mg/L、(41.57±11.35)mg/L,均高于对照组的(0.85±0.18)mg/L、(9.25±2.12)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.009、18.777,P<0.05)。尿微量蛋白阳性检出率为73.33%,血清胱抑素C阳性检出率为77.78%,两者联合检测阳性检出率为95.56%,均高于两者单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于早期肾损伤的临床诊断中,尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C联合检验的准确率较高,可以有效分析患者肾功能情况,为临床治疗提供科学的数据支持。
Objective To analyze the accuracy of urinary microprotein combined with serum cystatin C test in early diagnosis of renal dysfunction.Methods 45 patients with early renal dysfunction admitted to Taicang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 45 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The combined test of urinary microprotein and serum cystatin C was performed on all the above researchers,and the levels of urinary microprotein and serum cystatin C between the two groups were analyzed,as well as the differences between the single test and the combined test.Results The levels of urinary microprotein and serum cystatin C in observation group were(1.85±0.94)mg/L and(41.57±11.35)mg/L,respectively,were higher than those of the control group(0.85±0.18)mg/L and(9.25±2.12)mg/L,and the differences was statistically significant(t=7.009,18.777,P<0.05).The positive detection rate of urine microprotein was 73.33%,and the positive detection rate of serum cystatin C was 77.78%.The positive detection rate of the two combined tests is 95.56%,which was higher than that of the two single tests,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical diagnosis of early kidney injury,the combined test of urinary microprotein and serum cystatin C has a high accuracy,which can effectively analyze the renal function of patients and provide scientific data support for clinical treatment.
