摘要
目的探讨在肺癌的临床诊断与临床分期中检测血清肿瘤标志物的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月单县中心医院收治的115例肺癌患者为肺癌组,选取同期在本院接受治疗的45例肺部良性病变患者为良性组,选取同期在本院接受体检的健康者40名为健康组,所有受检者均检测血清肿瘤标志物,对比3组受检者血清肿瘤标志物检测结果、不同临床分期患者血清标志物检测结果、血清肿瘤标志物检测效能。结果肺癌组患者SCC-Ag、CEA、CA12-5、Cyfra21-1、NSE水平显著高于良性组与健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T3期患者SCC-Ag、CEA、CA12-5、Cyfra21-1、NSE水平显著高于T1期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),T2期患者CEA、Cyfra21-1、NSE水平显著高于T1期患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.778、8.985、4.740,P<0.05),T3期患者CEA、Cyfra21-1、NSE水平显著高于T2期患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.486、8.732、3.186,P<0.05);在检测效能方面,联合检测的准确度、敏感度与特异度均高于单一检测。结论在肺癌的临床诊断与临床分期中检测血清肿瘤标志物具有较高的临床价值,联合检测可进一步提升检测准确性,为临床治疗提供了参考依据。
Objective To explore the application value of detecting serum tumor markers in the clinical diagnosis and staging of lung cancer.Methods A total of one hundred and fifteen patients with lung cancer admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as lung cancer group,forty-five patients with benign lung disease who received treatment in the hospital during the same period were selected as benign group,and forty healthy people who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as healthy group.Serum tumor markers were detected in all patients,and the detection results of serum tumor markers in three groups,the detection results of serum tumor markers in patients with different clinical stages and the detection efficiency of serum tumor markers were compared.Results The levels of SCC-Ag,CEA,CA12-5,Cyfra21-1 and NSE in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign and healthy groups,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SCC-Ag,CEA,CA12-5,Cyfra21-1 and NSE in T3 patients were significantly higher than those in T1 patients,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).CEA,Cyfra21-1 and NSE levels in T2 patients were significantly higher than those in T1 patients,the differences was statistically significant(t=2.778,8.985,4.740,P<0.05).The levels of CEA,Cyfra21-1 and NSE in T3 patients were significantly higher than those in T2 patients,the differences was statistically significant(t=2.486,8.732,3.186,P<0.05).In terms of detection efficiency,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were higher than that of single detection.Conclusion Detection of serum tumor markers is of high clinical value in the clinical diagnosis and staging of lung cancer.Combined detection can further improve the accuracy of detection and provide a reference for clinical treatment.
