米力农与西地兰治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎合并心力衰竭的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Milrinone and Cedi-lanid in the Treatment of Infants and Children with Severe Pneumonia Combined with Heart Failure

目的研究分析婴幼儿重症肺炎合并心力衰竭治疗中给予米力农、西地兰的临床疗效。方法选取2020年4月—2021年10月北京京都儿童医院收治的重症肺炎合并心力衰竭婴幼儿80例,以随机数表法做组别划分,每组40例。常规组患儿用米力农,研究组用米力农联合西地兰,将两组患儿心功能、血气分析指标、生命体征、病症反应缓解时间、并发症发病率等进行分析。结果治疗后,研究组患儿心功能、血气分析指标及生命体征优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组病症反应缓解时间指标如肺啰音消失时间、肝脏缩小时间等均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发病率为2.50%(1/40)低于常规组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿重症肺炎合并心力衰竭治疗中,米力农、西地兰联合使用能够在短时间缓解患儿病症反应,可促进其生命体征恢复稳定,治疗效果佳。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of the administration of milrinone and cedi-lanid in the treatment of severe pneumonia combined with heart failure in infants and children.Methods From April 2020 to October 2021,a total of 80 infants and young children with severe pneumonia and heart failure admitted to Beijing Kyoto Children's Hospital were selected and divided into groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with milrinone,and the study group was treated with milrinone combined with cedilanid.The cardiac function,blood gas analysis index,vital signs,remission time of disease reaction and incidence of complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the cardiac function,blood gas analysis index and vital signs of the study group were better than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission time indexes of the study group,such as the disappearance time of lung rales and the time of liver reduction,were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.50%(1/40)lower than that in the conventional group 20.00%(8/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe pneumonia combined with heart failure in infants and young children,the combination of milrinone and cedilanid can alleviate the symptoms of the child in a short period of time,promote the recovery and stability of their vital signs,and have a good therapeutic effect.
