金雀异黄素对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠血脂及胰岛素抵抗的改善作用

Effects of Genistein on Blood Lipid and Insulin Resistance in Rats with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

摘要 为研究金雀异黄素对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠血糖、血脂及胰岛素抵抗的改善作用,根据体重随机将大鼠分为对照组、模型组、Gen低、中、高剂量组和阳性对照组,干预21 d,称量大鼠体重、脏器重,测定糖代谢、脂代谢相关指标水平。结果显示,Gen可有效减轻PCOS大鼠体重,卵巢和子宫质量;与模型组比较,Gen剂量组血糖指标显著下降,TG、TC、LDL-C水平显著降低,HDL-C水平显著增高;脂肪细胞中瘦素、RBP4水平显著降低,脂联素、GLUT4和IRS-1水平显著提升。综上所述,金雀异黄素对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠血脂及胰岛素抵抗具有改善作用。 To study the effects of genistein on blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin resistance in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome,the rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Gen low,medium and high dose groups and positive control group according to their body weight.After 21 days of intervention,the rats'body weight and organ weight were weighed,and the levels of related indexes of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism were measured.The results showed that Gen could effectively reduce the weight,ovarian and uterine mass of PCOS rats;compared with the model group,the blood glucose index decreased significantly,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C decreased significantly,and the level of HDL-C increased significantly in the gen dose group;the levels of leptin and RBP4 in adipocytes decreased significantly,and the levels of adiponectin,GLUT4 and IRS-1 increased significantly.In conclusion,genistein could improve blood lipid and insulin resistance in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome.
