农村幼儿园转岗园长专业发展的叙事研究

摘要 采用叙事研究法,选取一位在农村幼儿园工作十余年的转岗园长,用故事性语言分阶段叙述了其成长历程。研究表明L园长在专业发展过程中经历了初入懵懂阶段、矛盾冲突阶段及调整发展阶段。通过分析发现,影响农村幼儿园转岗园长专业发展的外部环境为培训制度、保障制度完善程度、关键事件和关键人物,个人特质为其从业态度和动机、专业发展需求和愿望、人格特征以及原有的实践经验。据此,提出以下建议:深化编制改革,保障转岗园长切身利益;规范转岗园长培训制度,提供个性化服务;发挥转岗园长主体意识,树立坚定的职业信念;改变转岗园长专业认知,坚持终身学习理念。 The study adopted narrative research method to study a principal who had been working in rural kindergartens for more than 10 years and narrated her growth process by stages.The research showed that the principal had experienced the stages of initial ignorance,conflict and adjustment in the professional development process.Through the analysis,it is found that the external factors that influences the professional development of the head of the rural kindergarten transfer are the training system,the perfection degree of the security system,key events and key people,and the personal characteristics are the professional attitude,motivation,professional development needs and desires,and personality characteristics and the original practical experience.At the same time,the following suggestions are put forward for the professional development of the principals in rural kindergartens:deepen the reform of the organizational structure and ensure the vital interests of the transferred kindergarten principal;standardize the training system for the transferred principal and provide personalized services;give full play to the subjective consciousness of the transferred principal and help to establish a firm professional faith;change the professional cognition of the transferred principal and adhere to the concept of lifelong learning.
