异化与回归:论乡村教师现代性身份认同的路径选择 被引量:3

摘要 乡村教师的现代性身份认同是其在传统乡土与现代社会交融之时所产生的身份归属感,其承载着社会对教师的价值期望,同时也是教师对自身认同的主体选择。乡村教师的现代性身份认同可概念化为先赋性认同、制度性认同与重叠性认同。在现代性与传统性的裹挟之下,乡村教师的发展逐渐背离传统“乡贤”身份,游离于“乡土”与“庙堂”间,同时乡村教师也脱离传统乡土共同体,成为“留不下”与“回不去”的“异乡人”。由此,厘清乡村教师现代性身份的路径选择,便可通过再造乡土秩序彰显教师精神引领,从而回归乡村教师个性化专业发展,继而重塑乡村教师公共性道统符号。 The modernity identity of rural teachers is the sense of identity and affiliation produced when traditional rural areas and modern society blend together.It carries the society’s value expectations for teachers and is also the main choice of teachers for their own identity.The modernity identity of rural teachers can be conceptualized as pre-endowment identity,institutional identity and overlapping identity.However,under the influence of modernity and tradition,the development of rural teachers gradually deviated from the traditional identity of“village sages”and wandered between“local land”and“temple”,and at the same time,rural teachers also broke away from the traditional rural community and became“foreigners”who“can’t stay”and“can’t go back”.Therefore,the path choice of clarifying the modernity identity of rural teachers can highlight the spiritual guidance of teachers by recreating the local order,so as to return to the personalized professional development of rural teachers,and then reshape the public Taoist symbols of rural teachers.
