新发展理念下“一站式”学生社区高质量发展路径探析——基于南京林业大学“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式的思考

An Analysis on the High-quality Development Path of“One-stop”Student Community under the New Development Philosophy--Thinking Based on the Comprehensive Management Mode of the“One-stop”Student Community in Nanjing Forestry University

高校“一站式”学生社区是高等教育改革背景下人才培养方式的变革,旨在依托书院、宿舍等学生生活园区,将校院领导力量、管理力量、服务力量、思政力量等下沉、压实到教育、管理、服务学生一线,通过推进党团组织、管理部门、服务单位等进驻园区开展工作,不断探索学生组织形式、管理模式和服务机制改革。站在新征程的历史起点,在“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念的高标准要求下,“一站式”学生社区在发展过程中不可避免地出现了一些发展困境和现实挑战,通过对南京林业大学“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式的思考,试图创新形式、丰富内容,将现实挑战转变为发展机遇,构建集学生思想教育、师生交流、文化活动、生活服务于一体的育人生态;打造全员、全过程、全方位协同育人的教育生活场域,实现人才培养方式和教育发展模式高标准谋划、高质量发展。

The“one-stop”student community in colleges and universities is an innovation in the ways of talent training against the background of higher education reform.It aims to bring the leadership,management,service,and ideological and political power to the front line of student-related education,management and service with the support of the colleges,dormitories and other student living zones,and constantly explore the reform of student organization form,management mode and service mechanism by facilitating the work of the Party and Youth League organization,management department and service units in the zone.Standing at the historical starting point of the new journey and adhering to the high-standard requirements of the concept of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development,the“one-stop”student community has encountered some inevitable development dilemmas and practical challenges during it development.Therefore,through looking into the comprehensive management mode of the“one-stop”student community in Nanjing Forestry University,this paper intends to build an educational ecology integrating students’ideological education,teacher-student communication,cultural activities and services by innovating the form,enriching the content,and turning the challenges in real life into opportunities for development,and create an education and living area featuring full-staff,whole-process and all-round collaborative education,so as to realize the high-standard planning and high-quality development of talent training approaches and educational development patterns.
