摘要
杨贤江是我国20世纪初的革命者、教育家,党史中的师者。一生致力于青年教育,帮助年轻人树立正确的、科学的人生观,创立了“全人生指导”教育理论。他说:“没有‘指导全人生’的观念存在,可以说是畸形的或蹩脚的教育。”通过对杨贤江“全人生指导”的内涵解读,回答新时代培养什么人,如何从学校组织结构上协同育人。为学校落实立德树人根本任务,从“全人生指导”育人角度给学校的组织建设提供启示。
Yang Xianjiang was a revolutionary,educator and expert on the history of the CPC in the early 20th century.He devoted his life to youth education and help young people to establish a correct and scientific philosophy.He created the education theory of“Whole-life Guidance”.He said“If there is no‘Whole-life Guidance’,education is deformed or poor.”Through the interpretation of the connotation of“Whole-life Guidance”,it answers what kind of people to cultivate and how to educate from the school organizational structure in the new era.“Whole-life Guidance”provides inspiration for the organization and construction of schools for implementation of morality education.
