“校中厂”产教融合育人模式改革的实践研究--以兰州石化职业技术大学石油化工技术专业群为例

摘要 简述了我国职业教育产教融合发展的背景,浅析了职业教育石油化工类专业领域实施产教融合育人模式改革的一些难点,提出了将校企技术合作项目融入教学过程的“校中厂”育人理念。从项目化教学设计、适应不同生源育训需求、促进学生专业能力和职业能力提升等方面总结了“校中厂”育人模式改革与实践经验,可为同类院校深化产教融合人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。 This paper briefly discusses the background of the integration of production and education in our vocational education,analyzes some difficulties in implementing the reform of the integration of production and education in the petrochemical field of vocational education,and puts forward the concept of“school-factory”education,which integrates the school-enterprise technical cooperation project into the teaching process.This paper summarizes the reform and practical experience of“school-factory”education mode from the aspects of project-based teaching design,adapting to the education and training needs of different students,promoting the improvement of students’professional ability and vocational ability,which can provide reference for similar colleges to deepen the reform of the talent training mode integrating production and education.
