算力调度关键问题和实施路径研究

摘要 随着“东数西算”工程的纵深推进,如何提升跨区域算力调度水平、提供高质量算力服务已成为算力领域的重要研究方向。着眼于算力网络中的算力调度问题,重点阐述了算力调度的体系架构及关键技术,并分别从整合算力资源、搭建调度平台、建立标准规范体系三个方面介绍了实现算力调度的整体实施路径。 With the deepening of the project of national computing network to synergize east and west,how to improve the level of cross-regional computing power scheduling and provide high-quality computing services has become an important research direction of the computing industry.This paper focuses on the problem of computing power scheduling in the computing power network,focuses on the architecture and key technologies of computing power scheduling,and introduces the overall implementation path of computing power scheduling from three aspects:integrating computing resources,building a computing power scheduling platform,and establishing a standard and specification system.
