戊二醛癸甲溴铵弥雾方式对3种病原的消毒试验 被引量:1

摘要 为探究戊二醛癸甲溴铵弥雾方式对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪链球菌、猪大肠杆菌的临床消毒效果,以实验室条件模拟临床中戊二醛癸甲溴铵弥雾消毒方式,将戊二醛癸甲溴铵和悬浮增效剂以弥雾形式喷雾到所消毒的空间内,对涂布了PRRSV的培养皿和接种猪链球菌、猪大肠杆菌的血清培养基进行消毒,消毒后将培养皿内病毒洗脱后接种于Marc-145细胞,血清培养基放置在适宜环境培养,观察细胞病变和细菌生长情况,以此判断消毒效果。结果显示:戊二醛癸甲溴铵在空间浓度为2.1 mL/m^(3),消毒时间为30 min时,对PRRSV有一定的消毒作用;当空间浓度为3.5 mL/m^(3),消毒时间为60 min时,可对PRRSV完全灭活;空间浓度为2.1 mL/m^(3),消毒时间为50 min时,对猪链球菌可完全灭活,消毒时间为35 min时,对大肠杆菌可完全灭活。结果表明,戊二醛癸甲溴铵弥雾消毒方式对PRRSV、猪链球菌和猪大肠杆菌有着良好的消毒效果,可应用于猪场日常空舍消毒,对猪场生物安全防控具有重要意义。 In order to investigate the clinical disinfection effect of glutaraldehyde-decamethyl ammonium bromide atomizing on porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),Streptococcus suis and porcine Escherichia coli(E.coli),based on laboratory conditions,the disinfection method was simulated to spray glutaraldehyde decamethyl ammonium bromide and suspension synergist into a disinfected space in the form of mist,and to disinfect the culture dish coated with PRRSV and the serum medium inoculated with Streptococcus suis and E.coli.After disinfection,the virus was eluted from the culture dish and inoculated into Marc-145 cells,then the serum medium was placed in an appropriate environment for incubation,and cell pathological changes and bacterial growth were observed to identify the disinfection effect.Results showed that PRRSV could be disinfected to some extent when glutaraldehyde-decamethyl ammonium bromide was at a spatial concentration of 2.1 mL/m3 for 30 min;and completely inactivated at a spatial concentration of 3.5 mL/m3 for 60 min;Streptococcus suis could be completely inactivated at a spatial concentration of 2.1 mL/m3 for 50 min,and E.coli for 35 min.In conclusion,PRRSV,Streptococcus suis and E.coli could be effectively disinfected by the glutaraldehyde-decamethyl ammonium bromide atomizing that could be used for daily disinfection of empty pig houses in farms,indicating an important significance to the biological safety concerning disease prevention and control in the farms.
