摘要 [目的/意义]社交媒体中的谣言依托于人们的社交网络关系以裂变式、指数级传播,采用正确的辟谣路径对其进行及时有效的辟谣对破除网络谣言、净化网络空间、维护舆论秩序具有重要意义。[方法/过程]依托经典拉斯韦尔传播过程模式构建社交媒体网络谣言辟谣效果影响因素体系,选取新浪微博不同类型的五个谣言事件对辟谣效果影响因素体系进行实证研究。[结果/结论]通过对比34种不同辟谣路径下的辟谣效果,总结指出相比于其他影响因素,辟谣主体、辟谣方式对社交媒体网络谣言辟谣效果有着更为显著的影响。 [Purpose/significance]Internet rumors in social media spread explosively and exponentially based on social network relationship.It is of great significance to dispel online rumors purify the network space and maintain the order of public opinion by adopting correct path to dispel rumors timely and effectively.[Method/process]Based on the classic Lathwell propagation process model the paper constructed the influencing factor system of rumor refuting effect on social media network and selected five rumor events of different types on Sina microblog to conduct an empirical study on the influencing factor system of rumor refuting effect.[Result/conclusion]By comparing the rumor refuting effects of 34 different rumor refuting paths it is concluded that rumor refuting subjects and rumor refuting ways have a more significant impact on the rumor refuting effects of social media network rumors compared with other influencing factors.
