空间政治经济学视域下我国中心城市能级提升研究

A Study on the Upgrading of China’s Central Cities from the Perspective of Space Political Economics

当前及未来一段时期,中心城市需要通过自身能级的不断提升,更好地引领带动经济高质量发展和区域协调发展。空间政治经济学将城市作为重点研究对象,系统论述了中心城市的生成机制、总体图景和历史作用。空间政治经济学虽然侧重于批判资本主义社会的城市问题,但其在城市分工、要素流动、空间正义等方面的主张,为推动我国中心城市能级提升提供了有益启示。从空间实践的角度看,既要充分发挥空间生产引致的资本增值和价值创造效应,也要注意防范城市空间生产异化和资本过度积累问题,要通过经济能级、开放能级、创新能级、治理能级、生态能级的全面提升,有效提高各类中心城市的综合竞争力和可持续发展能力。

At present and in the future,central cities need to better lead high-quality economic development and regional coordinated development through continuous upgrading of their own capacity.Space political economy takes the city as a key research object and systematically discusses the formation mechanism,overall situation and historical role of the central city.Although space political economics focuses on criticizing the urban problems in capitalist society,its propositions on urban division of labor,element flow,spatial justice and other aspects have brought beneficial enlightenment to the upgrading of central cities in China.From the perspective of space practice,it is necessary to give full play to the capital appreciation and value creation effect caused by space production,but also pay attention to the alienation of urban space production and excessive capital accumulation.The comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of all kinds of central cities should be effectively improved through the comprehensive enhancement of economic,open,innovative,governance and ecological capacities.
